Accessibility Policy

Every Journey, Every Client.

Noble InMotion is committed to providing safe, reliable, and professional ground transportation to all clients, including those with disabilities. We comply fully with the City of Dallas Transportation-for-Hire Ordinance (Chapter 47A), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and all applicable federal, state, and local accessibility laws.

Wheelchair-Accessible Service

Accessible Vehicles Available Upon Request

Our primary fleet consists of luxury black cars, such as the Mercedes-Benz GLS 580 and similar premium vehicles, which are not equipped with wheelchair lifts or ramps. Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available upon request.

When you notify us of your mobility needs at the time of booking, Noble InMotion will arrange a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (WAV) through one of our contracted specialised third-party providers. These vehicles are equipped with ADA-compliant lifts, ramps, and securement systems designed to safely transport passengers using wheelchairs, scooters, or other mobility devices.
