Complimentary Wait Time & Billing

Noble InMotion includes 45 minutes of complimentary wait time at the pickup location for all point-to-point drop-off transfers. This generous allowance is designed to accommodate reasonable delays without any additional charge to the client.

• Complimentary wait time begins at the confirmed pickup time.
• Any additional wait time beyond the 45-minute complimentary period is billed in 5-minute increments at the prorated hourly rate of $187 per hour.
• Billing increments are rounded up to the nearest 5-minute interval.

This policy is designed to provide generous flexibility while ensuring fair compensation for the chauffeur's time. The prorated rate for each 5-minute increment is approximately $15.58 (1/12th of the $187 hourly rate).

General Billing Terms

• All rates are flat-rate and confirmed at the time of booking — no surge pricing, no hidden fees.
• Full-Day Executive Service is billed at $187/hr with a 2-hour minimum.
• Multi-Day Engagements are billed per confirmed daily schedule. Rates are confirmed in writing prior to the engagement.
• Private Event and Ceremony transfers are quoted individually based on scope, timing, and logistics. All terms are confirmed in advance.
• Noble InMotion does not charge cancellation fees for bookings cancelled with reasonable advance notice. Specific cancellation terms are confirmed at the time of booking.
