Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Noble InMotion's transportation services and website at www.nobleinmotion.com. By booking a service or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not book or use our services.
Noble InMotion is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by George A. Sabol, headquartered in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, Texas.
Service Scope
Noble InMotion provides private, chauffeured ground transportation services in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to:
- Airport drop-off transfers to DFW International Airport and Dallas Love Field
- Point-to-point and hourly executive transportation within Greater DFW
- Full-day and multi-day executive engagements
- Private event and ceremony transportation
- Long-distance transfers (e.g., Dallas Metro to Austin) by prior arrangement
Noble InMotion operates a single vehicle — a Mercedes-Benz GLS 580 — and maintains a limited client roster to ensure every engagement receives the founder's direct, personal attention. Service availability is subject to scheduling and prior booking commitments.
Airport pickups from DFW International Airport, Dallas Love Field, and the Dallas Core are currently pending commercial operating permits. Noble InMotion will notify waitlisted clients when pickup service becomes available.
Booking & Payment
All bookings are confirmed directly with the founder by phone or email. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from Noble InMotion.
- All published rates are flat, final, and inclusive of standard route mileage. No surge pricing is applied under any circumstances.
- Additional charges may apply for wait time beyond the complimentary window, extra mileage beyond the standard route, or add-on services agreed upon at booking. See the Booking Rate Policy for full details.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative terms have been agreed in writing with the founder.
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellations and modifications are governed by the Noble InMotion Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By booking a service, you agree to the cancellation terms applicable to your service type.
Client Conduct & Vehicle Use
Clients and their guests are expected to treat the vehicle, the chauffeur, and all Noble InMotion property with respect. Noble InMotion reserves the right to terminate a journey without refund if a client or guest:
- Is visibly intoxicated or under the influence of controlled substances in a manner that poses a safety risk
- Engages in threatening, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward the chauffeur
- Causes or threatens to cause damage to the vehicle
- Violates any applicable law during the journey
Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests beyond normal wear. A damage assessment will be provided within 48 hours of the incident.
Noble InMotion maintains a strict drug and alcohol policy for all chauffeur operations. See the Drug & Alcohol Policy for full details.
Liability Limitations
Noble InMotion carries commercial automobile liability insurance as required by the State of Texas for private transportation operators. Coverage details are available upon request.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Noble InMotion's liability to any client for any claim arising from a booking or service shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific booking.
Noble InMotion is not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, or other circumstances beyond the chauffeur's reasonable control
- Missed flights, connections, or appointments resulting from such delays
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal property left in the vehicle
- Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind
Nothing in these Terms limits Noble InMotion's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Noble InMotion treats all client information — including names, contact details, travel itineraries, and destinations — with strict confidentiality. Client details are never shared with third parties except as required by law. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
Website Use
The Noble InMotion website is provided for informational and booking inquiry purposes only. All content — including text, images, rates, and service descriptions — is the property of Noble InMotion and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Noble InMotion makes reasonable efforts to keep website content accurate and current but does not warrant that all information is error-free at all times. Published rates and service availability are subject to change; confirmed booking terms govern in all cases.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or Noble InMotion's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct communication with the founder. Most concerns can be resolved promptly through a direct conversation.
